(USA-TRITON UBF) Pastoral Recruitment Announcement

About Triton UBF

Triton UBF is a Christ-centered campus ministry serving the community around Triton College in Illinois. As part of University Bible Fellowship, we are committed to raising disciples of Jesus Christ through personal one-to-one Bible study, wholesome Christ-centered fellowship, and Sunday Worship services. Our calling is rooted in the gospel—to help students and young people grow as faithful
disciples and spiritual leaders who carry the message of Christ to their generation.

Our Present Situation

After many years of ministry, our pastoral family is preparing to retire at the end of this year. With gratitude to God for His faithfulness, Triton UBF is now prayerfully seeking a new pastoral family to continue this ministry. This transition represents both a moment of reflection and a renewed opportunity for God’s work to continue and grow.

Spiritual Alignment & Calling

The incoming pastor should be deeply aligned with:
1. The gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed in Scripture
2. The mission and values of UBF ministry
3. A shepherd’s heart for discipleship, Bible teaching, and raising leaders
(See “Pastoral Qualifications” below for further details.)

Ministry Context & Expectations

Triton UBF is a small but growing ministry. At present:
1. The ministry is not currently able to financially support a full-time pastoral family.
2. Consistent with UBF’s lay shepherd tradition, the pastor is expected to be self-supporting.
3. Supplemental support may be available in limited ways

This role is best suited for someone who embraces bi-vocational ministry with a genuine calling to serve students and young people.
